We offer refunds on all full-priced items, excluding jewellery. We require items to be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order and any received thereafter may be rejected. Items must be returned in their original condition. Received items will be carefully inspected before a refund is issued. MUST BE CURRENT reserves the right to reject a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn, damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the items. Rejected items will be returned to the sender without the refund. If your item is not suitable for a refund you will be notified via email.
MUST BE CURRENT does not bear the shipping cost for returned items. It is at the customer's own expense to pay for it. Cost of shipping is also NOT refundable. We highly recommend returning items through the traceable mail. MUST BE CURRENT will NOT be able to process any refund on items not received. We also recommend customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. It is at the customer's discretion to investigate the cost of shipping within Australia or outside of Australia. The cost of shipping on MUST BE CURRENT doesn't reflect the cost of return shipping within Australia or outside of Australia. MUST BE CURRENT does not cover the cost of return shipping in any way for customers within Australia or outside of Australia. Returns must be made at your own cost.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by MUST BE CURRENT. You will be sent an email by MUST BE current when this has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or account that the payments had originally come from. Please contact email@example.com if you have any issue with this BEFORE returning any items so, we can organise alternative arrangements otherwise, items will be sent back and refund not issued.
MUST BE CURRENT will not be held accountable if encountered with any issues regarding refunds to the original account. This is beyond MUST BE CURRENT's control.
MUST BE CURRENT will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit. It is also the customer's responsibility to maintain the integrity of the items until they are returned to MUST BE CURRENT.
If you received the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote the order number and faulty or incorrect item. The correct item will be sent to you once we receive proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made a mistake. (Determined and agreed upon by MUST BE CURRENT and customers.)
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative items, you will need to place a new order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
ALL final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If any of final sale items are returned they will be rejected upon delivery and returned to sender.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns or exchange on JEWELLERY for sanitary reasons. All sales on JEWELLERY are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
